Returns Policy


WHAT can be returned?
All unopened products can be returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within one week of delivery.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us to return your items. We can book a courier for you at your cost.

HOW do customers return items?
To return items you need to pack them back in the box and put a label on the top of the box. We will provide a label for you if you contact us via email. The label need to be printed out.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customer will have to cover shipping fees for return unless the products are faulty or we have accidently shipped you incorrect items. 

CREDIT for returns?
We do refunds on returns or exhange them to different products. We refund back on the credit card or PayPal account customer has used to pay for the order.

Instore return option?
You can return or exchage your items at Glenwood. Please contact us to get our address.

Packing materials?
All products have to be returned in the original and undamaged packaging.
